Quantum model
LNF-LNR4_8F is a room temperature amplifier using LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. The LNA is packaged in a coaxial module with industry-standard SMA connectors for RF ports and a Nano 4-pin polarized connector for DC input. The lightweight, gold-plated aluminum body measures 18.31×21.5×7.0 mm (excluding connectors). Not hermetic, it must operate in a vacuum environment below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and come with a test report.
