Quantum model
LNF-LNC0.3_14B is an ultra-low noise cryogenic amplifier using LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. MMIC technology ensures excellent unit-to-unit variation. Packaged in a coaxial module with industry-standard SMA connectors for RF ports and Nano-D for DC input. The lightweight, gold-plated aluminum body measures 19.87×19.6×7.8 mm (excluding connectors). Not hermetic, it must operate in a vacuum environment below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and 5 K and come with a test report.
