Quantum model
LNF-LNR23_42B_SV is a room temperature amplifier using LNF’s proprietary InP HEMT technology. MMIC technology ensures excellent unit-to-unit variation. The LNA is packaged in a coaxial module with industry-standard K (2.92mm) connectors for RF ports and 2-pin turret connectors for DC input. The lightweight, gold-plated aluminum body measures 17.80×15.15×6.80 mm (excluding connectors). Not hermetic, it must operate in a vacuum environment below the dewpoint. All units are tested at 296 K and come with a test report.
