QRM-RF / 2-18.5 GHz

The QRM-RF combines all the multiplexed sequencing power of the qubit control module with internal downconversion stages to directly input and output signals over a wide frequency range from 2 GHz up to 18.5 GHz. It supports reflectometry/transmission readout schemes triggered from the same sequence processor, ensuring phase stability. The module supports frequency-multiplexed readout of up to 6 frequencies over a wide 750 MHz band with a spurious-free dynamic range of > 50 dB. Arbitrary pulse shapes and integration functions can be uploaded to optimize efficiency. It allows onboard storage of up to 131.072 IQ shots and supports averaging and binning to reduce data transfer overhead.
